Mark has 30 years in the industry and leads the company. He has made films in over 80 countries and has won  Gold at the New York Film Festival as Director, as well as many online films reaching viewing figures as high as 30 million. Mark has worked with gang members, homeless young people and men with mental health issues. 

He is currently developing a documentary on heroin addiction with Change Grow Live. He has recently made films with Sadiq Khan and is a mentor to young people in Hackney. He has a first in philosophy from Manchester University.

Dom devised and wrote the popular British TV comedy drama series, Doc Martin. He was the creator and writer of the BBC One series of Robin Hood, and a showrunner on the Netflix production of Knightfall. 

Dom has worked with Mark for nearly 10 years on films for leading organisations, campaigns and figures, including the 30m view viral hit “Gollums Brexit”, which won the Creative Circle award last year. Dom is also the brother of the Oscar-winning director, Anthony Minghella, who helped mark start the company.

Nicole is a Creative Producer/Director and Editor for Silverfish, who combines a real understanding of storytelling through social media platforms and the online world as well as traditional TV. 

She graduated with a first in Film Production and has had her own film on LGBTQ+ issues on BBC recently. 

She has also produced our films on green tech, second hand clothing in Africa, HEE services and the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Nicole thrives when faced with a challenge and brings an incredible energy and positivity to every project.

Born in Germany and raised in Paris, Timo is a multilingual Creative Producer who is passionate about telling stories based on co-operation and understanding. Alongside a high degree of professionalism, he brings empathy and thoughtfulness to every project. He is experienced in working on TV Documentaries for Apple TV, National Geographic as well as BBC and on shorter content for the Guardian and for M+C Saatchi. Having lived and worked in several countries Timo brings a wide perspective to his work and to the outlook of the company.

His diverse background enables him to thrive in today’s fast-paced climate by quickly adjusting and continuously embracing change.

Peter is an established Producer Director who has managed and delivered major projects around the world. He has made documentaries on topics as varied as Vladimir Putin’s Tiger and First Nation Journeys in Australia. Peter focuses on cultural narratives and stories with real heart.

Alex is a film editor and devoted storyteller. She has worked on documentary feature films, shorts, commercials and music videos. She was born and raised in London but is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She is motivated by an innate drive to tell stories,  reframe existing narratives, criticise, open dialogue and foster empathy for other lived experiences through layered characters.

Tori is an experienced Production Assistant who graduated with a first class degree in Film, Photography and Media. Their professional journey has taken them to renowned companies such as Sky Studios, ITV and Marvel. With a wealth of experience, they have successfully navigated the realms of feature film, HETV and factual content. Tori’s passion for storytelling and meticulous attention to detail positions them to assist in bringing creative visions to life.

Toby is a creative Director and editor with over 20 years experience in the industry. He has worked as Creative Director at the advertising agency, Premier, and was the Senior Editor at Picture Production Company, editing Hollywood film trailers. He has a sharp eye for arresting visuals and a keen sense of narrative. He has produced films across the UK and internationally, and has directed a number of high-profile commercials and delivered branded content for major clients including NatWest, EDF, Astra Zeneca, Budweiser, Omega and John Frieda.
